The hotel rooms are really spacious, with all the amenities needed and were clean and ready when I reached. However, the rooms felt a bit claustrophobic and the bathrooms were not properly clean.

The service was over responsive, especially the bell boy Krishan, who gave us such a personalized stay. However, there were some issues with rudeness and unprofessionalism from the staff.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and ready when I reached, but one of the rooms was very dusty, providing a totally bad experience. The service was accommodating, and Mr Bhatt was especially helpful, although there was an incident where staff were sleeping on the floor during check-out. The location was good and the staff even provided me with a packed breakfast for an early trekking adventure. The dining experience was not up to par, with only a disappointing Aaloo Paranth for breakfast.
